The problem with being a writer

I've always had a vivid imagination and the wildest dreams. Some become stories while others are to weird for anything. I woke up an hour ago while having the worst nightmare. I've never been so scared in my life and yet I can't remember any of it.

Next story nearly ready

My next short story, Return from Paradise is nearly ready. I contacted Thomas about doing another fantastic cover. By the time he finishes, I should have the final edits completed.

I considered making up a publishing company and logo to place on the cover, but re-considered. I think it is intellectually dishonest to do such a ploy. Besides, I think the independent single short story plan may completely replace anthologies.

Ghosts of Chancellorsville is selling better than I expected. The sales aren't anything to write home about, but they almost match the sales of the short story version of Escape From Hope. Good cover art makes a big difference.

A rather detailed project unlike anything I've tried before is in the early stages. I hope it comes to fruition.

One last thing, someone found The Ghosts of Chancellorsville by googling Ghosts in Chancellorsville. The person clicked through and visited the bok. I hope that person bought it.

Tough day ahead

I spent last night throwing up, but decided to go to work anyway. It may have been a mistake, but I know I'm not contagious. I feel like I have a hangover without the night of drinking, I'm sipping a sport drink and will try some crackers later. Work luncheon was cancelled, so I'll be able to eat soup without attracting attention.
